TC Architects - On the Boards
CHIPPEWA LANDING RESORT AND COTTAGES
TC Architects is currently collaborating on the master planning of this project, which consists of 120 buildings overlooking Chippewa Lake, situated on a 97.423 acre site,. The site of this development was once the historic Chippewa Lake Park which operated from 1875 to 1978. The majority of the buildings will be uniform in look with white clapboard siding and green shingled roofs. Some of the buildings’ details will come from the old amusement park buildings, while others will get their inspiration from seaside and Oriental structures.
Special consideration was given to the site planning to accommodate the inherent and challenging flood plain problems while maintaining the spectacular views of the lake.
The development will contain several areas including:
