TC Architects - Portfolio

TC Architects designed this New England-style, two-story, 4,200 square foot barn which features four 14’ x 12’ stalls that have removable walls to provide for foaling areas; two 12’ x 12’ stalls; a tack room; feed room; and a second story storage area with a hay drop.

This state-of-the-art facility has a rubber-matted, recessed concrete floor with trench drains; hot and cold running water; heat; electricity; phone and data ports.

The exterior is constructed using economical, maintenance free materials: split face block and concrete-fiberglass horizontal lap siding and trim.  The roof is covered with shadowed “slate-like,” 3-tab, 30-year asphalt shingles.
